You can insert one or as many Surveys as you like in a course, or have one stand-alone. Typically, you would put a survey at the end of a course.
Questions
- Unlimited Number of Questions
- Multiple Choice (question can contain any web content)
- Graphical Hotspot (point and click on region of image to answer)
- Long Answer (student types in an answer)
- Answers are NOT randomized to keep them in a defined order
Results
When a Student finishes the survey, their results are instantly e-mailed to their supervisor (and/or whoever else you designate).
The results also go into a detailed report, accessed online in the system.

Gauge how effectively the employee has been trained:

Use Survey as a Safety Management Tool

When the Student submits, it gets e-mailed to whoever you designate (eg: Safety Manager) and you have a tracked, documented report instantly, from anywhere in the world that has internet.
